- Do they do in and out-going inspection and send you a copy for your records?
- Do they handle the maintenance and repairs on your behalves?
- Are they in contact with you on a regular basis?
- Do they educate you on how much you can get for your investment as a rental property per month?
- And very important, do they have systems in place to protect you as the owner when you need to evict the tenant for late or no payments?

CREDIT CHECKS:
- Not only will we do the proper credit checks to determine if the potential tenant has a clean track record we will also do the AFFORDABILITY CHECKS.
- We do not place any tenant in your property just for the sake of it not being empty, we will rather wait to get the perfect match.
LANDLORD LEGAL:
- This is an insurance policy which covers the owners in the case where we need to evict an tenant.
- It is very affordable and payable by the tenant.
- It does not cover for loss of income, it covers the cost to do the eviction, these cost can easily be between R 25 000.00 – R 65 000.00.
SYSTEMS IN PLACE:
- We do the credit checks
- We secure a double deposit
- We add the landlord legal to each of our properties – if the owner wants this service.
- We invoice the tenant before the 25th of each month
- We collect the rent on the first day of each month
- We pay the rent over to the landlord before the 7th of each month
- We send a monthly statement to the landlord before the 10th of each month.
- We handle all repairs and maintenance
